Our "No Return, No Refund" Policy
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.
As we sell a food-grade, consumable product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. This policy is in place for strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons to ensure the quality and purity of our salt for every customer.
Once an order has been shipped, it is considered a completed sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To report an issue, please email us at admin@bamboosalt9x.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
We will review the issue promptly. If we determine that the damage or error occurred on our part or during shipping, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for the affected item. Please note that a refund will not be issued.
